Has been couple weeks since I started following this exercises. In the first week I my blood pressure was still the same but after the second week I started to feel very calm and my blood pressure was back to normal range. Doesn’t matter how stressful the day was as soon I do the relaxation exercises I fill soft and calm. This exercises really saved me from serious health complications.

Hi Karen, thank you for this information, I was looking online for the best way to lower my blood pressure naturally and this is the best way I could find. I will definitely test this exercises and see for myself and see how it works. I don’t want to keep taking blood pressure medications any longer. I will come back to tell you about my experience.
